It was buzzing at The Goodlife Festival this year- see why – Helen Tandy

The Saturday and Sunday team worked hard getting support with over 200 petitions to ban pesticides from across the UK.

The Goodlife Experience, takes place each year on the Gladstone Estate in Hawarden. The Chester FoE team have attended the event since the very start, our bees get a lot of attention.

We also raised over £461 over the two days. We had a Tom ‘Bee’ La  which proved very popular. We also had a guess the weight of the bee cake and up-cycled items and cup cakes to sell.

Cerys Matthew off Catatonia fame, who was integral in setting up the event, came to chat to the team and posed for a photograph.
